Q- HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

A- Placing an order takes a few minutes on our website. Simply pick your favorite product from our shop, click “add to cart” and then on the next page press “proceed to checkout”. Now fill in your personal information and address details then click “Place Order”. Done! Your order is now in our system and will be processed. Nothing else needed on your part.

Q- HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

A- Delivery takes 2-5 working days (weekends and official holidays are excluded)

Q- DO WE CUSTOMIZE?

Q- DOES OUR JEWELRY CHANGE COLOR?

A- Any silver or gold chains, hoops, closures, etc we use are silver or gold plated stainless steel, they don't rust or change color but you should take care of them and avoid water or using sprays directly on our products like perfumes, body splashes, oils, and etc
